Phoebe Marshall
PILATES / OPEN, DYNAMIC
monday’s 5:15pm, 6:30pm & wednesday’s 8:00am
Phoebe has always had a keen interest in movement, having grown up doing gymnastics and dance. She started doing Pilates with her mum and fell in love with how it helped her core strength and mobility as a runner. She strives to make movement fun and accessible for everyone. She loves challenging her clients and wants everyone to leave feeling better, physically and mentally, than when they arrived. When Phoebe is not teaching Pilates she can be round long distance running, cooking vegan food, drinking coffee with a good book, rock climbing, or enjoying a cold pint in a pub with her friends! -
Anna Fahy
YOGA / VINYASA
tuesday’s 7:30am, saturday’s 9:30am
Anna is a warm, encouraging and supportive teacher creating space for her students to explore their present moment experience through body awareness, connection to breath and yoga philosophy. Her teaching is formed by her own decade long practise, and she has been teaching in studios around London since 2012. Her classes are thoughtfully sequenced, inquiry-led and accessible to all levels. While she always aims to convey the depth of the practice, she also believes that lightness and play better enables us to let go and connect with ourselves. She strongly believes in Yoga as a pathway to taking skillful action in the world, moving towards liberation not just for self, but for all. -

Sara Lawlor
YOGA / VINYASA, SLOW FLOW
sunday’s 10:30am, 12:00pm
Sara’s classes are fluid, dynamic and breath-led, blending intelligent sequencing with space for personal intention and exploration. She has completed over 500 hours of training, beginning with her 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa training with Talia Sutra and Tony Lupinacci. She has since continued her studies extensively with her primary teacher, Daniela Garza Rios, completing further training in Mandala Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Elements theory. Sara teaches from the belief that yoga invites us back into relationship with ourselves - a practice of listening, remembering and reconnecting. Shaped by her studies in Mandala Vinyasa, Vedanta philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, her classes are thoughtfully structured yet intuitive, weaving breath, intention, music and poetic yet accessible cueing into an embodied and spacious practice.

Mags Karenova
YOGA / ROCKET
friday’s 8:15am
Mags was born in the Czech Republic and discovered yoga in 2015. After moving to London, her engagement with the practice became more focused and consistent, with its philosophical foundations playing a central role in how she approaches yoga both on and off the mat, supporting clarity, awareness, and presence. Trained in Vinyasa, Rocket, and Yin, Mags offers classes that balance strength and movement with stillness and rest. Beyond asana, her approach focuses on meeting students where they are, encouraging them to work with their own physical, emotional, and energetic needs to create a sustainable and meaningful practice.
