Join us for our thoughtfully curated book club, where we gather to explore fiction and non-fiction in a space that fosters connection between mind and body. Led by the founder, these sessions create a welcoming space to discuss books that examine all genres from health and wellbeing to literary fiction. Salutations book club aims to challenge how we think about movement and consciousness, where each gathering is an opportunity to share perspectives and discover new ways of integrating mindful thinking into our everyday. Book club usually follows a relaxing, optional session of Yin, which can be booked separately.

We will be discussing Mongrel by Hanako Footman. You can purchase a copy through us which will be sent in the post ahead of the event, or you can bring your own book to the discussion.
